Three former SSL directors — Hugh Croskery (founder), his daughter Sarah Meany, and Zachary Harding — have been charged with multiple financial offences, including fraud and operating without proper registration or licences. Croskery was granted $1 million bail and will appear in court on January 26, 2026. His lawyers say he denies any wrongdoing and has cooperated fully. The public is urged to let the legal process play out.
